Office of Student Involvement

About Us

The Office of Student Involvement enriches the student experience at Saint Mary’s College by creating opportunities for involvement, supporting student organizations, and empowering students to build community and grow as leaders.

  • Student Organizations

The Office of Student Involvement serves as the coordinating unit for campus recognized student organizations and has the responsibility to ensure that all College policies and procedures are followed as they pertain to student organizations. OSI works to make sure that each student organization receives the leadership development necessary to be successful in meeting student needs on campus.

Please visit the Resource page for additional information.

  • Student IDs

OSI is the distributor of student IDs. If you are new at SMC, have lost, or damaged an ID, stop in during office hours with a government issued ID, and we will get you a one! Please note, for those that have lost their ID, there will be a fee automatically charged to your student account.

  • Mother Pauline Pantry

Mother Pauline O’Neill, CSC, the first president of Saint Mary’s, ensured that every student was clothed and fed regardless of their finances. She led the College with the approach to meet the needs of the students in the mission of preparing them to make a difference in the world. That mission has not changed for the College.

To access and/or learn more about the Mother Pauline Pantry, please visit their page in Belle Tower.
